I am born on equinox, at the turn from winter to spring, when night and day are equal. This place in between "two" has become like a thread in my life: my deep interest is the path of exploring and how shadow and light are interrelated. 

My professional and personal life is dedicated to understanding deeply of what it means to know and take our genuine place in the world and this life, and how our healing, integration and deepest creativity belong together. 

I know what it means to feel cared for, sheltered and belonging and the joy of feeling in the middle of the flow of life, creativity and deep connection. And I also know what it means to walk through deeply painful experiences - and learn how to grow through them.  

I am deeply convinced that light and the possibility for healing is always available and that all beings are embedded in a bigger cosmos of wholeness, eternity and healing.  

I follow a yearlong meditation practice. 

I am also in continuous intervision and qualified supervision.

Since August 2024 I am living in Iceland, following my own calling.
